Guerreros Youth Baseball Club is proud to be affiliated with the Nike MLB RBI Program, a nationally recognized initiative created by Major League Baseball to increase access to baseball opportunities for underserved communities across the country. Through this partnership, our organization is able to expand opportunities for young athletes while creating an environment centered on development, inclusion, leadership, and community impact.

The Nike MLB RBI Program aligns directly with our mission to use baseball as a tool to empower young people both on and off the field. By providing access to high-level instruction, competitive experiences, mentorship, and community engagement, the program helps us remove barriers that often prevent children from participating in the game. Our goal is not only to develop athletes, but to develop confident, disciplined, and resilient young leaders.

One of Only Four Dedicated Girls Baseball RBI Programs

One of the most unique aspects of our organization is our commitment to growing the game for girls. Guerreros Youth Baseball Club is honored to be one of only four Nike MLB RBI programs in the contiguous United States with a dedicated girls baseball program. This distinction reflects our belief that girls deserve meaningful opportunities to compete, develop, and thrive in baseball at every level.

Through our growing Guerreras program, we are creating a true pathway for girls who want to pursue baseball in a competitive and empowering environment. Our all-girls teams provide athletes with opportunities to train, compete, travel, and represent their community while building confidence and lifelong friendships. We are committed to showing young female athletes that there is a place for them in baseball and that their dreams within the sport are valid and achievable.

Building Two Development Pipelines

Our organization is actively developing two long-term player pathways designed to serve athletes of all backgrounds and aspirations:

• Guerreros Coed Teams – Competitive coed baseball teams focused on player development, leadership, teamwork, and advanced competition opportunities.
• Guerreras All-Girls Teams – Dedicated girls baseball teams designed to empower female athletes while creating expanded opportunities within the sport.

Together, these two pipelines represent our vision for sustainable and inclusive baseball development within our community. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow through the game regardless of background, experience level, or financial circumstance.

Free Clinics for the Community

As part of our mission, we host free baseball and softball clinics designed to introduce the game to new players while continuing to develop experienced athletes. These clinics provide instruction in hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, catching, speed and agility, and overall baseball IQ in a positive and encouraging environment.

More importantly, our clinics create opportunities for children of all backgrounds to experience the joy of the game without financial barriers. They are about more than baseball — they are about mentorship, confidence, teamwork, and giving young athletes a safe place to grow.
